    June 1, 2008

The 276th Advisory Board meeting was called to order at 11:40AM by Chairman George McMullin. The roll was called and a quorum was met. There were 14 additional members in attendance. After the Pledge to the Flag the following reports were given.

John Soutar read the Citation Review Report - 27 citations were reviewed with the following results. 20 were found guilty as charge, 6 were found guilty as charged and issued written warnings, and 1 was held over pending further information. The 6 citations were given written warnings for not wearing helmets in the skate park. From now on no more warnings will be issued for not wearing helmets. One citation was for a water leak violation. The property owner did not turn off the water and the pipe froze and burst. Another was for a contractor that had no construction pass in two instances and worked after legal hours and whose work has been disorderly and careless. One property owner received 3 citations on 2 days for careless driving, endangering pedestrians and harassing people with the golf cart. This person has been fined and had the license cancelled for the rest of the summer.
