    DEAD LINE JUNE 1, 2009

    All property Owner Curb Valves (outside water shut off) are to be marked with a Blue marker of any kind at least 3 feet above ground. Their are markers available at main office.  The valve must also be in working order if not it must be fixed immediately. The Property owner is responsible for their curb valve. Fines may be applied if not in compliance by dead line.
