Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 9:23 am.
Minutes from last meeting:
A motion to accept the Minutes from the October 4, 2025 CDC meeting was made by Rachel and seconded by Bill. All were in Favor.
The Committee welcomed Patti James as Second Alternate to her first meeting!
Board:
- Responses from the Board:
In October, the following requests were made to the Board:
- Provide updated fine sheet to CDC members – This was provided to the Committee by Frank at this meeting.
- Provide updated Non-Household Bulk Items List – This was provided to the Committee by Frank at this meeting.
- Requests to the Board:
- Board to provide clarification on authority/process followed to reduce citation fines by the office. – This is still pending from October meeting.
- Board to provide clarification and request to speaking to Recycling attendant to have Property Owners discuss household item disposal with the Office.
Citations Reviewed:
The Citations for the meeting were reviewed beginning at TIME a.m. and documented in the CDC_ViolationsReviewed-2026-02-07.doc.
Adjournment:
A motion to adjourn was made at 10:43 am by Rachel and seconded by Jamie.
All were in favor.
Next meeting:
The next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2026, but will be dependent upon number of cases to review.
