Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 9:12 a.m.
Minutes from last meeting:
A motion to accept the Minutes from the 04-Nov-2023 CDC meeting was made by Rebecca and seconded by Bill. All were in Favor.
Board:
- Responses from the Board:
Regarding the request made to the Board in November about a POA who wrote a letter to the Board to complain about a citation for fine for short term rental and the fine not coming to the CDC, Mike gave the update that this particular request was during the time of the short term rentals larger discussion and the Board wanted to handle it.

- Requests to the Board:
Mike will re-confirm with the Board the process for license plates being issued during the yearly process of confirming vehicles per household to check the plates are accurate in TOPS.
Any other Business:
- Dates for the next meetings were distributed through December; there will be no meeting in August.
- First Alternate Michael Wilson was invited to 7 meetings in the past and has only come to 1 of them. Frank reached out to him, and he stated that he is normally unavailable on Saturdays and is also a part time resident, and if need be he will step down.
- Motion to have First Alternate, Mike Wilson, taken off the CDC as an alternate was made by Bill and seconded by Rebecca. This motion was approved; the second and third alternates will move up and another alternate will be found in June.
CITATIONS REVIEWED: The Citations for the meeting were reviewed beginning at 9:11 a.m. and documented in the CDC_ViolationsReviewed-2024-02-03.doc.
