Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 9:03 am.
Minutes from last meeting:
A motion to accept the Minutes from the 03-Dec-2022 CDC meeting was made by Gino Dall Aste and seconded by John Holland. All were in Favor.
- Responses from the Board:
- Removing alternate – This was approved by the Board.
- Requests to the Board:
Action Item: Al will follow up with the Board on Appeals that occurred to find out if there is anything that CDC needs to know regarding
Action Item: Al to follow up to see pictures of items or issue are mailed with the ticket to see if reduced fine is sent through.
Discussed the makeup of the Committee – An alternate position has been posted out to the community for volunteers to submit their interest. Frank will review and vet any interested parties.
CITATIONS REVIEWED: The Citations for the meeting were reviewed beginning at 9:19 a.m. and documented in the CDC_ViolationsReviewed-2023-01-07.doc.
