Present: Rebecca Assenheimer( Acting Chairperson), Kathleen R. Maynes (Secretary), Tom Huhn (Board Representative), Rocky Kizer (Public Safety Chief), Betty Coleman, Lenora Rudman, Dominic Tavole, and John Holland.
Acting Chairperson, Rebecca Assenheimer, called the meeting of the CDC to order at 9:00 AM. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Kathleen Maynes left the room. The Committee voted to renew another term for Kathleen Maynes.
The Committee discussed ten cases which resulted in the following decisions:
” 1 – Illegal Parking – Guilty with fine
” 1 – Expired WLE ID – Guilty with fine
” 1 – Incorrect WLE ID – Guilty with fine
” 1 – Uninspected vehicle parked at amenity – (Did not show – Guilty with fine
” 1 – No WLE ID – (letter sent) – Guilty no fine
One case for expired WLE ID was postponed.
The Meeting was adjured at 11:15.
