Call to Order:

The meeting was called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance at 9:05 a.m.

Minutes from last meeting:

A motion to accept the Minutes from the 01-Apr -2023 CDC meeting was made by Rebecca and seconded by Bill.  All were in Favor.

1. Responses from the Board:

1. Alternates to Committee:  As of today, three people provided resumes.  One candidate backed out when Frank contacted her.  Frank spoke to one of the other candidates and was the first one who had submitted.  The committee reviewed the resumes.  

Motion to accept Rachel Niccoll as an alternate to the CDC Committee was made by Frank.  Seconded by Rebecca.  All were in favor.

Gino Dall Aste is currently third alternate and will move to second alternate.

2. Putting the car sticker on a hang tag:  Mike advised that the Board has no problem with putting the sticker on the hang tag and then putting the hang tag on the mirror.  They said it will be allowed but will not be advertising it.  Security will also be made aware that this is acceptable.

2. Requests to the Board:

1. Mike to advise the Board of the 3^rd alternate who will start in June.

C.  Committee Assignments:

This is Frank’s second year as Chairman and Jamie’s second year as Secretary. If anyone from the Committee would like to fill these roles they should consider it and it will be discussed at the June meeting.

CITATIONS REVIEWED:  The Citations for the meeting were reviewed beginning at 9:20 a.m. and documented in the CDC_ViolationsReviewed-2023-05-06.doc.
