CLICK HERE FOR PRINTABLE REGISTRATION FORM
Dear Property Owners,
One copy of the RV registration form will be mailed out. If you have more than one RV to be registered, please make copies as needed. The form is available on our website, in PDF format for your convenience.
To assure your registration, the W.L.E.P.O.A. requires the following items and rule compliance:
1. Payment of $30 PER RV to be registered.
2. Your properly completed RV Registration Form(s) (Encl. 1);
3. A copy of your updated insurance; Liability minimum of $100/300,000.00 and WLE listed as a certificate holder
4. Payment of all P.O.A. assessments to date;
5. Payment of all outstanding citations, and penalties;
6. Registration of all RVs are to be completed by July 31st.
If your information is not on record, you will not be permitted to pick up the required items. Please be sure you have filled out the insurance information. Any incomplete forms that are returned to us will not be accepted and consequently, you will not be permitted to register your RV. We recommend that you send your paperwork in by the end of February. Sending in your paperwork and coming to the office in March or April, will most likely result in less wait time.
By July 31, everyone will be required to have the all items in order to be permitted to operate an RV.
Please be advised that starting this year 2017, we will be issuing a different color flag to all custom/non-stock GC’s to correspond with the UTV’s. (UTV’s & Modified GC’s may only be driven by adults 18 years and over with a valid state driver’s license). Therefore, upon picking up your flag you must bring your Golf Cart and have a safety check completed to determine which flag your GC falls under.
