Action Item #1:  Jamie to produce minutes and send to the Board including the citation review blinded document directly.
Action Item #2:  Jamie will send the 07-Aug minutes and citations to the Board.  Post meeting comment, this was completed on 05-Sep-2021.

Seconded by:  Carole Rivera.
Result:  All were in Favor.

DISCUSSION
1.    Board of Directors Updates –
Kathy Maynes provided updates from the board based on the 07-Aug-2021 minutes:
”    The board approved alternates as recommended – John Holland (first), Rebecca Assenheimer (second), and Frank Bruno (third) as alternates.
”    The board does not intend on giving new golf cart licensees a lanyard.  The board suggested that a picture of the license is sufficient.  However, we discussed that during this time of COVID, security officers should not have to handle someone’s cell phone.  Jamie and Eileen suggested that lanyards could be donated and offered to donate lanyards.
Action Item #3:  Kathy to take this back to the Board to find out if acceptable for donations to be made to purchase lanyards.
2.    Appointment of Secretary for CDC – This topic was deferred until next month when Frank is present at the meeting.
